Why did you join?

After moving to Brighton, I realised I was ready to take the next step in my professional development. Working as a part of this team has allowed me to develop a variety of skills in a fresh, versatile environment. In my interview, it was made clear that cross-collaboration and strong goal setting is valued and rewarded – a statement I can happily confirm!

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Seeing that a client I have gathered quotes for has decided to move forward with us, it’s a metaphorical “Good job, kid.”

What’s your favourite workplace perk?

The social environment here is amazing – we have been for meals with insurers, attended the Health & Protection Awards (nabbing a few awards while in attendance!), and regular Friday drinks with the team – these events have all provided opportunities to get to know my colleagues better.

Any hobbies?

Baking and making, love a good cake!
