What is the most rewarding part of your job? 

Seeing the team evolve and grow, and helping out businesses who’ve previously struggled to find what they’re looking for. It’s really great to get such wonderful feedback from business owners and HR people – knowing that you’re making a difference makes it all worthwhile.
