A former Business Development Consultant at MetLife, Charlie is also the founder of sister brokerage firm, Hooray Health & Protection. He has particular expertise in assisting start-ups and smaller businesses that can find themselves sidelined by the health and protection industry.

What is it you’re most proud of about the company?

Winning two awards at the Health & Protection Awards 2022. It’s great to get that kind of recognition after all the hard work we’ve put in.

Do you have any favourite instances where you’ve helped customers out? 

Too many to choose a favourite one!

What is the most rewarding part of your job? 

Seeing the team evolve and grow, and helping out businesses who’ve previously struggled to find what they’re looking for. It’s really great to get such wonderful feedback from business owners and HR people – knowing that you’re making a difference makes it all worthwhile.
