Why did you join?

It was a new opportunity to learn and expand my knowledge within the insurance industry and to experience a different role. I was also really drawn to Engage Health Group as a company that is individual in their reputation and is an incredibly friendly group of people.

What do you like most about the company?

How happy and calm everyone is!

What is the most rewarding part of your job? 

I enjoy tackling any problem and working to find solutions. Also there’s so much reward in ensuring the customer journey is the best it can possibly be.

What’s your favourite workplace perk?

Friday quizzes (… and the beer fridge, of course)

Any hobbies? 

Any sort of arts and crafts really – making earrings or games, scrapbooking, and painting. Scrolling through Netflix is also a good pass-time in the evening, hoping that counts as a hobby!

I love some cheesy 80s pop.

Vanilla Sky – but any good psychological thriller!
