Why did you join?

I really liked the company’s individuality and reputation. I live in Brighton, so it’s lovely to work for a local organisation and be part of the community too.

What do you like most about the company?

The company culture.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Building relationships with clients. It’s so rewarding when you’re seen by them as an extension of their team.

We have lots of brilliant employee benefits but a little perk for me is the music in the office.
