Stuart has a wide range of customer service experience across the travel and finance industries. He was a finalist at the Health & Protection Awards 2023 in the Best Health Insurance Adviser category.

Main responsibilities: Looking after the client services team and making sure they have everything they need to manage our clients’ renewals and administration, and provide a great service.

Why did you join? I have known Nick & Ian for many years, and when they offered me the opportunity to join Engage it was an easy decision. 

What do you like most about the company? The people. We have a great group and I always look forward to coming to work.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? When our clients renew with us! I see this as a mark of the trust they have in us and the service we provide.

What’s your favourite workplace perk? Mine is genuinely the Beer Fridge! But I like that we get the same perks we advise our clients to have!

Any hobbies? Golf, reading, films/TV, and on odd occasions the gym!
