Main responsibilities: 

Supporting the UK Sales & Account Management Team with clients, helping to support each step of the way.

Why did you join? 

Working for Engage was a fantastic opportunity into the insurance industry to learn and develop new skills – something I seek everyday! Such a fast-growing company was also an appeal, but it really came down to the fun, diverse bunch of people that make up Engage Health Group. Oh, and a thanks to Ciara (my inside connection!) for telling me all about the company and fantastic workplace culture they foster!

What do you like most about the company? 

The relaxed atmosphere in the office – plus the office dogs always brighten everyone’s day.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? 

I enjoy problem solving, so this role is a perfect space for supporting others in finding the best solutions for our clients.

What’s your favourite workplace perk? 

My collection of house plants take a lot of attention and care! But I also enjoy socialising with friends, going to the gym, and relaxing watching TV.

Florence & the Machine.

Taylor Swift.
