Job title: Client Support Manager

Main responsibilities:

As a Client Support Manager, I support the UK sales & account management team with everything admin related. I also spend a lot of my time maintaining relationships with both providers and clients ensuring 10 out of 10 customer service across the board!

Why did you join?

After taking a break from the world of insurance, I decided it was time to jump back in to further develop my skills and knowledge. I’ve had previous experience working with Engage. and the company has always really stood out to me as an organisation I could see myself being proud to be a part of. So, huge thanks to Charlie for getting me involved!

What qualities do you bring to your role? 

I already have an understanding of the health and insurance industry, including how the client-provider-broker relationship operates and how to obtain the best solutions for all parties involved.

What do you like most about the company?

My colleagues. Everyone working at Engage has made me feel so welcome from the very beginning.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Knowing that the products we help to provide to our clients will go on to benefit thousands of employees and their families across the UK.

What’s your favourite workplace perk?

Having dogs in the office, and the beer fridge on a Friday.

Any hobbies? 

Music, food, and travelling – the ultimate trio!

Favourite band/artist? 

Pinpointing a favourite is definitely difficult… but would 100% recommend Thee Sacred Souls, who I have on repeat at the moment.

Any guilty pleasures music wise? 

Liquid / Minimal Drum and Bass…

Favourite film? 

Goodfellas, 50 First Dates, and Rush Hour.
