Main responsibilities: 

Assist during renewal process, quote requests, help draft renewal reports, answer email queries.

I wanted to gain more skills and administration experience as well as develop my career path.

What do you like most about the company? 

The friendly people I work with, relaxed working environment and learning about health insurance. 

What is the most rewarding part of your job? 

I feel like I am learning something new every day and I can see progress in my work and understanding.

Alcohol on Friday evening!

Any hobbies? 

Playing ‘Magic: The Gathering’ (trading card game), board games and playing video games, reading manga, reading popular neuroscience/ psychology books.

Too many to count but really love listening to older rock bands such as Black Sabbath, Scorpions and Deep Purple.

Any guilty pleasures music wise? 

90’s – 00’s Boy Bands like NSYNC, Backstreet boys and Blue.
