Previous stints at AXA, Aetna and Aviva have been the perfect grounding for James’ role in supporting businesses with their international employee benefits. He can occasionally be seen providing expert insights on industry webinars.

Main responsibilities: 

International corporate and SME commercial lead, supporting the renewals team when required and mentoring/supporting members of the international team. I am also responsible in assisting the marketing team to help develop our proposition.

The ability to create problem-solving holistic solutions for clients through various channels.

The beer fridge. In all seriousness, it’s nice to have a drink with the team on a Friday after work and socialise.
