Mike’s CV includes senior roles at Aon, Capita Employee Benefits and Mercer. He now draws on his extensive expertise to lead Engage Health Group’s UK employee benefits team.

What are your main responsibilities?

Managing the UK Employee Benefits Team and helping Engage Health Group to further grow their already fast-growing business.

Why did you join?

I have watched Engage Health Group closely over the last few years and have been impressed with their rapid growth within the UK and international market. It shows that companies don’t want to feel like just a number and when I was approached with an opportunity to be part of this exciting business I jumped at the chance.

What do you like most about the company?

With all the mergers and acquisitions in the health and benefits broking market over recent year it is nice to see an agile independent business with the ability to put clients first rather than shareholders.

What’s your favourite workplace perk?

Free parking in the centre of Brighton.

Any hobbies?

Anything to do with bikes, road, mountain and even race BMXing. If you get on a video call when I’m working from home, you will also see that I am a keen DJ too.

Favourite band/artist?

No particular favourite just anything dance, comes back to what I love DJing.

Any guilty pleasures music wise?

Love a bit of Kylie!

Shawshank Redemption, plays to my strong sense of right!
